Shipping policy

Affaire currently ships to select states across the United States in compliance with local alcohol regulations, including California, New York, Texas, Florida, and more. We are continuing to expand availability.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 5–7 business days once shipped. Orders are not processed or delivered on weekends or holidays, and delivery timelines may vary depending on location and carrier delays.

All shipments containing alcohol require an adult signature (21+) upon delivery. By placing an order, you confirm that you and the recipient are of legal drinking age.

Affaire is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied during or after shipping. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not liable for products damaged or lost in transit. If your order arrives damaged, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
